Why Participate?

Clinical research studies are necessary for and central to medical advances. They look at new ways to prevent, detect and treat various ailments and are a great opportunity for volunteers to receive medical treatment at no cost. Volunteers also have the opportunity to receive compensation for their time and travel when they participate in a study.

Volunteers participate in research studies for many different reasons: to help others suffering from the same medical conditions, to find and receive the newest treatments, access to free exams and diagnostic tests related to the study and to contribute to moving science forward.
